As the CEO of CoLabs, David is responsible for sales, corporate development, fundraising, and investor relations.

Before joining the company, David spent 17 years at Veredus where he was a founder and the Chief Operating Officer overseeing: finance, accounting, payroll, administration, human resources, marketing, IT, facilities, and legal.

David currently serves on the Board of Directors of Academy Prep, Junior Achievement, and Positive Coaching Alliance.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies with a Concentration in Ethics from the College of the Holy Cross, and served as an Artillery Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer and lives in Tampa with his wife Sarah, their children Sam and Coco, and their dogs Stella, Ralph, and George.

As the EVP of Products and Engineering, John leads CoLabs’ product, design and innovation teams. He oversees product management, quality assurance, and product delivery.

John has 25 years of software development experience across a range of industries and technology platforms. His technical experience includes leading the creation of large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS applications, and the integration of disparate systems.

Before joining CoLabs, John spent 14 years at AgileThought where he was a founder and the Chief Product Officer. John was responsible for the vision, strategy, design and development of innovative SaaS products targeted at both businesses and individual consumers.

Prior to founding AgileThought, John held technology leadership roles at PwC in Tampa and at Arthur Andersen in Chicago.

Originally from Albuquerque, NM, John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Arizona. Outside of work, he is passionate about sports (primarily basketball, soccer, and golf), and he enjoys sharing that passion with his family. John and his wife Janice live in Tampa with their daughters Tess and Natalie.

As Chief Architect for CoLabs, Marc is responsible for solutions architecture, DevOps and product support.

Marc has over 30 years of experience designing and developing scalable software solutions for large enterprise customers. He has been involved in several successful startups as a founder and Chief Architect. In 2013, Marc co-founded eStaff365, a cloud-based employee onboarding platform.

Marc earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Emory University. When not behind his monitor, he is a primal lifestyle and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his wife, three children and two spoiled dogs.

As the COO of CoLabs, Katrina is responsible for finance, accounting, payroll, administration and human resources.

Before joining the company, Katrina spent 12 years at Veredus. She worked in various roles before ending her tenure as Chief Financial Officer, where she was primarily responsible for the finance and accounting functions of Veredus’s U.S. businesses.

Katrina is a CPA and holds Bachelor degrees in both Computer Science and Accounting from the University of South Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and attending her children’s sporting events. Katrina and her husband Evan live in Brandon with their children Aidan and Arya.

As Vice President of Sales for CoLabs, Rick spearheads sales and marketing strategy and establishes targets to meet company revenue goals. Rick is a dynamic producer with twenty years of experience growing startups and building high-performing sales teams. Over the course of his career, he has led sales strategy, developed product solutions, and built account relationships with Fortune 500 clients at Unboxed Technology, erecruit Enterprise Software, and Bond International Software.

Rick has a Bachelor of Science from Bridgewater College and was a combat engineer officer in the US Army before building a career in sales. In his spare time, he’s either trying to up his tennis game, make it as a contestant on the next season of Survivor, or plan new travel destinations for his family. Rick lives in the suburbs of Richmond, VA with his wife Taryn, three daughters Maddie, Hanna, and Addison, and their cockapoo Happy.

As the Director of Sales, Evan develops and implements CoLabs’ go-to-market sales strategy. Evan has an impressive track record building repeatable and scalable sales processes. Over the last seven years, Evan’s expertise resulted in millions of dollars in revenue and two successful exits, both at Fitfuel and eStaff365. Before joining CoLabs, Evan led a team focused on breaking into new Fortune 500 companies at Catalant Technologies.

Evan has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University, and is an avid FSU football fan. When he’s not working, Evan enjoys traveling, perfecting his golf game, cheering on his favorite teams, and spending time with his family. Evan lives in Boston with his girlfriend Alexis and their dog Teddy, despite the fact that the trio isn’t sure how many more New England winters they can bear.

As the Director of Marketing, Nikki oversees the content–from lead generation to consumer education–that tells the world about CoLabs’ products. A writer, strategist, and communicator, Nikki has designed and developed robust training curriculums for Fortune 500 companies and crafted fundraising and event strategy in the nonprofit sector. Most recently, she led project teams and managed accounts from proposal to final delivery at Unboxed Technology.

Nikki has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Virginia and an MFA in Creative Writing from Queens University of Charlotte. She stays busy outside of work visiting the Outer Banks with her family, trying new recipes that her kids may or may not eat, and sneaking in a hot yoga class whenever she can find time. Nikki lives in the suburbs of Richmond, VA with her husband Alex, their two daughters Eleanor and Annie, and their dogs Roxie and Charlie.

Jim is the retired Chief Executive Officer and President of the Anchor Glass Corporation. Previously, he worked at Alcoa (AA), where he held various financial and operating roles, lastly as Chief Financial Officer of Alcoa Fujikura Limited. He serves on the board of Lazy Days’ R.V. Center, Inc. and previously served as a Director of the Anchor Glass Corporation. Jim earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Arizona State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

He serves on the board of the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation and is a Director of DEX Imaging. Chad earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Paul serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Seabreeze Holdings, Inc. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Spalding & Evenflo Companies Inc. He also serves on the boards of Sykes Enterprises (SYKE) as well as The Bank of Tampa, and has previously served on the board of TECO Energy (TE). Paul earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Benedictine University.
