We are seeking qualified Senior .NET Developers. In this role, you will be heavily involved in many aspects of software product design, development and delivery—from collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to determining the best solution for a technical challenge through ensuring successful product deployment. Our culture is our top priority. What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing, developing, implementing and releasing high-quality software products using Scrum
  • Applying the very best technical agile patterns and practices when building software products
  • Collaborating frequently with CoLabs’ stakeholders and working to build software products that add the most value to their business
  • Working under some supervision from an Architect, but expected to work independently on complex, non-routine tasks (however, collaboration is very important; you may interact with end users and other technical personnel to identify and correct issues)
  • Maintaining continuous, open, consistent and professional communication with stakeholders, peers and team members (this includes listening to others and confirming understanding to ensure everyone is on the same page)
  • Proactively seeking ways to keep all time productive and using non-product time for personal training, internal projects and administrative tasks
  • Working closely with team members on quality-related activities
  • Leading and mentoring junior developers

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Deep understanding and experience with agile development practices, including unit testing and continuous integration

  • Become a partner and trusted advisor to stakeholders, advising on best-fit technologies and best practices
  • Good knowledge of Scrum—If you don’t have this, you should possess a willingness to learn and adopt it quickly
  • Familiarity with object serialization using JSON
  • Database development skill using SQL Server
  • Working knowledge of object-oriented design, patterns and practices
  • Deep understanding of the .NET Framework and .NET Core
  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC Core
  • Experience authoring APIs compliant to REST standards
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core and Linq
  • Windows server or Azure development
  • Development experience using HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, jQuery or frameworks such AngularJS
  • Professionalism regarding written and oral communication and the ability to communicate collaboratively in front of a whiteboard
  • Ability to understand your audience and adjust your communication style appropriately
  • Desire to constantly learn and share new knowledge, whether this is reading a book and posting a review internally or giving a lunch and learn on the hottest new JavaScript library
  • Caring attitude—care about what you do, who you do it with and how you’re going to be successful in the end

Qualifications:

We are currently seeking an Implementation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of IntelAgree, our groundbreaking Contract Management Platform. You will also manage our Customer Success Team. As we grow, you will have the opportunity to help build the Implementation and Customer Success teams. You will be heavily involved in many aspects of software product design, development, and delivery—from collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to finding solutions to technical challenges. All of this supports the same goal: To ensure successful product deployment for each and every IntelAgree customer. THIS IS A WORKING MANAGER ROLE – YOU WILL LEAD BUT ALSO BE HANDS ON WITH CUSTOMER IMPLEMENTATIONS.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage IntelAgree product implementations and own the project management process
  • Build and foster internal consulting capability within the implementation team
  • Engage with the sales team to define project scope and ensure the optimum implementation process
  • Drive system configuration and deployment activities
  • Influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback and implementation experience
  • Work closely with sales, customer success, and development teams to provide customer success and build relationships with customers
  • Review key project deliverables with team members and accurately forecast final deliverable
  • Develop and maintain implementation project plan and support documentation (including but not limited to: task assignments, training materials, report requirements, process flows, dashboard metrics, etc.)
  • Serve as an escalation point for your team’s clients to ensure high quality deliverables, solutions, and client management on projects

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in implementing Contract Lifecycle Management tools (will consider all software implementation experience)
  • Prior experience with SOC 2 compliance
  • Experience managing complete life cycle enterprise application implementations with end-to-end responsibility for project management and delivery
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including good presentation skills
  • Experience communicating with and presenting to a variety of audiences, including C-level
  • Be a hands-on contributor
  • Experience in process improvement, decision-making, managing processes, planning, analysis, and developing standards
  • Impeccable record of accomplishment delivering customer success
  • BS/BA degree

We are currently seeking a Solutions Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating discussions with our prospective clients, our sales team, and our software development team in order to align the client’s requirements with current product features and our future development roadmap.  This is a multi-faceted role with many different areas of expertise:  pre-sales, leading discovery calls, documenting processes and procedures, and “bending” our tech to fit the client’s use case – your mission is to identify how to make our product fit the reality of the client situation you are facing.

The Solutions Consultant will lead initial discovery calls with prospects so we can properly understand their current-state business processes (and problems/challenges) related to contracts management. You will identify how our software can be configured to help them achieve their desired-state business processes. You will be highly consultative with the customer, with a primary focus on helping the Sales Team delight the prospect/customer.  The Solutions Consultant will provide insight for the development team to help them prioritize features on the development roadmap.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work to improve and transform our prospects’ business processes to leverage current product features
  • Facilitate meetings with our clients and prospects to gather requirements
  • Work with Sales, Development, and Implementation teams to make sure all of those groups clearly understand the customer’s requirements
  • Document Product Backlog Items using natural language to simply, clearly, and concisely describe a necessary feature in the application
  • Prioritize customer requirements facilitate a smooth implementation process
  • Facilitate effective team interaction
