The Senior Sales Executive will report to the VP of Sales and is responsible for identifying prospects, building a strong pipeline, and closing new business for IntelAgree, CoLabs’ contract management platform. This person will be a skilled salesperson (and will therefore able to position and demo IntelAgree strongly and negotiate and close business effectively), have an acute attention to detail (so that customers always feel heard and supported, and internal documentation stays up to date), and be comfortable working with a diverse group of people (both internally and externally). The Senior Sales Executive will partner closely with the Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Development teams to ensure positive experiences for people in the pipeline and beyond.

Senior Sales Executive responsibilities:

Above all else, the Senior Sales Executive is responsible for delivering on the company’s revenue goals and providing a five-star customer experience from beginning to end. This person will achieve this by executing on the product’s Go-to-Market strategy and handling the following day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Sales Process:
    • Generating new target prospects through research, social-selling, networking, and other means
    • Targeting and qualifying prospects, to include leading prospect meetings and product demonstrations
    • Converting target prospects to sales opportunities through relationship-building, product knowledge, and an understanding of critical business needs and how IntelAgree can help
    • Developing customized demonstrations and proposals based on prospects’ business needs and requirements
    • Closing business through skilled negotiation and partnership with potential customers and internal leadership team
  • Post-Conversion:
    • Partnering with Implementation and Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition after the sale is closed
  • Admin and Reporting:
    • Keeping CRM up-to-date with all contact and deal information
    • Delivering appropriate reports on time and complete

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 – 10 years of total sales experience, with at least 3+ years of software sales (preferably for a SaaS company)
  • Ability to work full time based out of our Tampa, FL headquarters
  • Proven experience with CRMs and lead generation tools including the ability to pull data and run reports
  • Knowledge about modern B2B demand generation

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Director of Professional Services with the implementation of IntelAgree, our groundbreaking Contract Management Platform. You will be heavily involved in many aspects of delivery—from collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to finding solutions to technical challenges. All of this supports the same goal: To ensure successful product deployment for each and every IntelAgree customer.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Participate in discovery calls to understand client requirements

The Role

We are looking for driven, high-energy, early career sales professionals who are ready to pick up the phone, make a ton of calls, drive new business, and uncover opportunities. You should be thrilled with the idea of an unlimited hunting territory, best in class prospecting tools, and uncapped commissions. In this role you will work with leadership and our talented sales executive team to research and build a pipeline, identify target accounts, and help determine the most efficient method of outreach. Excellent phone and email skills, as well as the ability to quickly assess customer opportunities will be critical to your success. You will be responsible for accurately tracking customer interactions and information in HubSpot.

The Junior Quality Assurance Analyst is a CoLabs team member involved in many aspects of a customer engagement; from the collaboration with other team members and customers to determine the best solution for our product to the design, development and delivery of software products. Our goal is nothing less than creating unparalleled experiences for our clients and colleagues.  Successful delivery of the intended solution is paramount, but enduring value lies in executing in a way that cannot be found with any other provider and leaving the client with the best possible feeling of success.  This job can lead to be a Junior Software Developer on the CoLabs team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing system specifications and user stories to design and develop test cases
  • Write manual test cases following a standardized test case template
  • Execute test cases, document defects, and create reports with Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) or Azure DevOps
  • Perform both exploratory and ad-hoc testing
  • Document and facilitate user acceptance testing when needed
  • Collaborating with CoLabs’ team members and clients to identify process gaps and provide the best testing solution on a project by project basis
