The Senior Sales Executive will report to the VP of Sales and is responsible for identifying prospects, building a strong pipeline, and closing new business for IntelAgree, CoLabs’ contract management platform. This person will be a skilled salesperson (and will therefore able to position and demo IntelAgree strongly and negotiate and close business effectively), have an acute attention to detail (so that customers always feel heard and supported, and internal documentation stays up to date), and be comfortable working with a diverse group of people (both internally and externally). The Senior Sales Executive will partner closely with the Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Development teams to ensure positive experiences for people in the pipeline and beyond.

Senior Sales Executive responsibilities:

Above all else, the Senior Sales Executive is responsible for delivering on the company’s revenue goals and providing a five-star customer experience from beginning to end. This person will achieve this by executing on the product’s Go-to-Market strategy and handling the following day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Sales Process:
    • Generating new target prospects through research, social-selling, networking, and other means
    • Targeting and qualifying prospects, to include leading prospect meetings and product demonstrations
    • Converting target prospects to sales opportunities through relationship-building, product knowledge, and an understanding of critical business needs and how IntelAgree can help
    • Developing customized demonstrations and proposals based on prospects’ business needs and requirements
    • Closing business through skilled negotiation and partnership with potential customers and internal leadership team
  • Post-Conversion:
    • Partnering with Implementation and Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition after the sale is closed
  • Admin and Reporting:
    • Keeping CRM up-to-date with all contact and deal information
    • Delivering appropriate reports on time and complete

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 – 10 years of total sales experience, with at least 3+ years of software sales (preferably for a SaaS company)
  • Ability to work full time based out of our Tampa, FL headquarters
  • Proven experience with CRMs and lead generation tools including the ability to pull data and run reports
  • Knowledge about modern B2B demand generation

CoLabs is seeking a .NET Developer. The Developer is a CoLabs team member involved in many aspects of software product design, development and delivery from collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to determining the best solution for a technical challenge to ensuring successful product deployment. Our culture is our top priority. What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing, developing, implementing, and releasing high quality software products using Scrum
  • Applying the very best technical agile patterns and practices when building software products
  • Collaborating frequently with CoLabs’ stakeholders and working to build software products that add the most value to their business
  • Working under some supervision from an Architect, but will be expected to work independently on complex, non-routine tasks (The Developer may interact with end users and other technical personnel to identify and correct issues)
  • Maintaining continuous, open, consistent professional communication with stakeholders, peers and team members, including openly listening to others and confirm understanding to ensure everyone is on the same page
  • Proactively looking for ways to keep all time productive and using non-product time for personal training, internal projects and administrative tasks
  • Working closely with team members on quality-related activities
  • Leading and mentoring junior developers

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of software development experience
  • Deep understanding and experience with agile development practices, including unit testing and continuous integration
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibility to ensure team success and quality solutions
  • Team player that understands how your own work is important to the team’s success
  • Ability to multitask across different products
  • Become a partner and trusted advisor to stakeholders, advising on best-fit technologies and best practices
  • Good knowledge of Scrum – if you don’t have this, you should possess a willingness to learn and adopt it quickly
  • Familiarity with object serialization using JSON
  • Database development skill using SQL Server
  • Working knowledge of object oriented design, patterns and practices
  • A deep understanding of the .NET Framework and .NET Core
  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC Core
  • Experience authoring APIs compliant to REST standards
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core and Linq
  • Windows server or Azure development
  • Development experience using HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, jQuery or frameworks such AngularJS
  • Professionalism to include written and oral communication and the ability to communicate collaboratively in front of a whiteboard
  • An ability to understand your audience and adjust your communication style appropriately.
  • Ability to learn business concepts quickly
  • A desire to constantly learn and share new knowledge, whether this is reading a book and posting a review on our Teams, or giving a lunch-and-learn on the hottest new JavaScript library

The Role

We are looking for driven, high-energy, early career sales professionals who are ready to pick up the phone, make a ton of calls, drive new business, and uncover opportunities.
